Tony began his Lean journey over 30 years ago studying directly with Toyota. He worked for a pioneer in Lean in the 1990's and was instrumental in developing strategies on the integration of Lean and Six Sigma.
He has over 30 years experience and has led a large division of a billion dollar global company. He has lived the life of an executive officer and has successfully transformed businesses with direct responsibility for those businesses. He can effectively coach you through the transformation because he has walked a mile in your shoes.
